What means of transport and delivery do you use? |
Just to deliver your orders quickly, Intimo moda Corinne uses exclusively express courier services provided by SDA, BARTOLINI BRT or TNT. The service allows to keep track of the package up to the delivery. |
Will my privacy be protected? |
Of course! Confidentiality is a fundamental factor to which Intimo Moda Corinne always pays utmost attention and care. Products are placed into anonymous boxes or envelopes without any indications of their contents. Personal data, provided to the courier, are solely and exclusively those required for a proper and timely delivery. The sales document is inserted into the package, so all contents remain unknown to the courier and to the deliverer of goods. The personal data of our customs are kept in strict accordance with the provisions laid down by Law 196/2003 regarding privacy. |
What are delivery times? |
Deliveries are normally made by the Courier within 24 hours except for the following locations for which 48 hours are required: Calabria, islands, remote areas, and minor towns. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and public holidays. Therefore, shipments made on Friday will be delivered on next Monday or Tuesday. Deliveries are subject to delay in case of particular bad weather or due to circumstances beyond our control. |
WHAT ARE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS? |
Delivery costs are only Euro 05.00 all over Italy, regardless of the delivery location*. Only if you ask for payment on delivery, a surcharge of Euro 3,90 is required, just for the fees applied by the Courier for collecting and delivering money.

How does the courier make delivery? |
In the estimated time, the courier will make the delivery to the address you have indicated. It is possible to follow the progress of delivering through a tracking number of the shipment which will be communicated to you at the moment of shipping. You can reach the courier’s tracking page by visiting their website or by clicking here. It is advisable to use this service because it allows you to find indications on the exact day in which your package will be delivered. |
What happens should I be absent when delivering? |
In absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of “failed delivery” in which you’ll find a phone number to call to arrange another delivery. It is also probable that the courier himself will contact you to notify you of the new delivery date. If also the second delivery attempt fails because of your absence, the package will be forwarded to the local branch of the courier and you will have 3 (three) days to go personally and pick up your goods without any extra charge. After that period the courier may apply additional costs for you to pay for the opening of the storage practice and a further fee for each day of delay. After 5 days the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend, therefore, not to neglect the timely withdrawal of your package within the scheduled terms. |
I have difficulty to be present when delivering.Can I fix day and date of delivery?

Sorry, you can’t. The service does not include delivery by appointment. It is definitely possible to know the day of delivery through the delivery tracking code, but it’s not possible to fix the time. That’s because the deliveryman optimizes his delivery route according to the locations to reach during the day. At most, we can try to signalize a period of time, wide enough to allow the courier , if possible, to meet/satisfy your request. We can, therefore, indicate to the courier delivery requests such as “in the morning” or “in the afternoon”, but it ‘s not possible to accept requests such as “to deliver from 10am to 11am”. In any case, requests indicating the preferable time of delivery, are not binding on the courier. |
Can I indicate a delivery address different from my domicile? |
Certainly! In case of difficulties to be present at home, you can indicate a delivery address where it is possible to deliver your parcel with more security; for example your work’s address or that of one of your acquaintances. When sending your order, you can freely change your shipment address with the one you wish. It’s also possible to use the “hold at depot” service that the courier provides free of charge. Shipment international
International shipments are going to be hand led by express courier or alternatively by ground courier in order to assure on time deliveries at reasonable prices. Larger shipments will be had led by air cargo and freight forwarders. The amount of the forwarding charges displayed during the phase of dispatching of the order, is purely indicative and it may vary according to the country of the recipient and to the actual ratio of weight/volume of the goods. The exact cost wil be communicated subsequently through our e-mail of confirmation and acceptance of the order.
At time of shipment we will inform our client with the tracking number in order for him to follow each delivery and get in touch with the courier to solve eventual problems or for custom purposes.
Please note that international deliveries are on f.o.b basis and that delivery time may also depend on local custom paperwork.
