Select a category from the menu on top left to view the list of products. By clicking on the "details" of the product or on its image, you will access the board. If you decide to purchase the product click on the "Add to Cart". (see below ”How can I use the shopping cart"). If you are looking for a particular product, you can also use the “quick search” box by entering some keywords. |
| The prices published in the pages of this website are VAT inclusive. Regarding the products on offer, their prices are valid until the articles while stocks last and, anyhow, for a limited period. To the total price of the order must be added the costs of shipping. |

All products in the catalog are normally present in our warehouse and are shipped within 24 hours from the date of order (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Normally, if the order reaches us before 4.00 pm and it is confirmed, we ship the same day. If an item must be restocked, you will be contacted by email or phone to notify you by our staff. Delivery times by the express courier are usually 24/48 hours. (One more day for Calabria, islands and remote areas). |
| To prevent deliveries to unsuspecting people, only for your first purchase with the request for payment on delivery, order confirmation is required. Confirmation can be made by email or by phone at number: 011 35.81.442. If you have already made purchases from Corinne Underwear, confirmation is not required. |
| By choosinga category from the list of products placed in the "Categories" column, you'll be shown a list of products. Clicking on the picture you will enter the data sheet of the product where you can read the descriptive notes and select any options available. Click on the button "add to cart" to put it in the list of the products that you want to buy. If you have chosen a product and have added it in your shopping cartand you still want to buy other items, you can go and visit the different areas and add more products in the shopping cart. When viewing the shopping cart page (accessible from any page by clicking on the”shopping cart”), you can review the list of the selected products, delete items from your cart, or vary the quantities. Entering products in the cart (basket) is not an obligation to buy. You can abandon the procedure at any time before completing the order. |

1. If you have added products in the cart by clicking "Buy", the " fast Order Form " page will appear so you can enter your personal information. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. At this stage you can choose to register yourself on the website by entering a personal password or simply send the order without creating an account. The recording has the advantage of allowing you to make the following orders without having to re-enter your information and gives you the access to arange of services available in your own pages. If you choose not to register you will be given the chance to do it later by simply clicking on the link that you’ll find in the email that will be sent to you with the subject: "Order Tracking". 2. If you do not have to shop at the moment but you want to register to the site, click on the "Register" button and enter your information. Later, you just need to log in to access your personal account and transmit orders without stating again your information. Any product in the shopping cart will be saved and you will find them when you sign back into your account. |

Within a few minutes from the moment you sent your order, you will automatically receive an email with the subject "Order Tracking" containing the details of the items chosen and the order number, which you can refer to in case of communications with our Customer Service.

| If you are already registered, you simply need to login using your email address and your personal password. At this point you will be on your account and you can proceed with the purchase without needing to enter your information. For any further information or concerns about using your account, do not hesitate to contact us. |
| Each stage oforder processing is communicated by e-mail until the shipping. If you have registered to the site, you can see the processing status of pending orders by clicking the link <account> after implementing the login. |
| If there are problems with the payment or delivery of your order, please contact us by phone at 011/35.81.442 or by e-mail, quoting your order number. You will be given all necessary assistance. |
| If yourorder has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by calling us or by sending an e-mail stating the order number that was assigned to you. In this way nothing will be delivered to you and you will not be charged for any amount. Cancellations requested after the shipment, will be charged for the shipping expenses incurred in sending and return of the package. |

Regardless of the number of items purchased, you are charged a fixed amount for shipping to the whole national territory * of just € 5,00 Euro. For shipments with cash on delivery there is an extra charge of € 3,90 Euro.
For orders less than € 20,00 Euro, a fixed increase of 2,80 Euro is expected. IF THE AMOUNT OF YOURORDER IS MORE THAN € 49,00 Euro, SHIPPING IS FREE (For payment on delivery, only fixed fee collection of 3,90 Euro is charged). * For the city Campione d'Italy there is a supplement. For shipments abroad, methods and shipping fees will be agreed from time to time depending on the country of destination. |
