If you don’t want to receive the goods ordered at your home and you haven’t any other address to communicate for delivering, the easiest method to solve the problem is to ask for the service Hold at depot. This delivery service is also very useful if you can not stay at home and wait for receiving your package. Besides it avoids possible misunderstandings and delays in the delivery of the goods due to your absence. |
| What means of transport and delivery do you use? |
| Just to quickly deliver your orders, Intimo Corinne uses solely and exclusively express courier services provided by SDA, BRT. |
| What does “Stopped depository” mean? |
| Stopped depository hold at depot is a service which allows the recipient to pick up his shipments directly at one of the SDA or BRT branches, or also at a Kipoint of SDA network. Normally, these are shops which agree to serve as places for collecting the goods ordered. |
| How does the Hold at depot service work? |
|
Shipping will be forwarded to the courier branch which is the nearest to your domicile or in one of the most suitable for you Kipoints. No delivery will be made to your domicile, so the package must personally be picked up by you at the agreed collection point. The service allows the use of all forms of payment foreseen for home shippings, including the cash on delivey payment. |
| How can I ask for the Hold at depot service? |
|
To choose the “hold at depot” delivery, you just need to write "hold at depot delivery" in the space at your disposal for any note that you will find during the order transmission. In the order confirmation e-mail you’ll be notified of the courier branch address which is the nearest to your house and you’ll be asked for confirmation.

| When can I pick up the package? |
|
The package will be available, at the point of collection selected, in the normal delivery times of the courier. It’s to say: 24 hours all over Italy excluding Calabria, islands and difficult areas for which 48 hours are required. The collection must be made within a maximum of 3 (three) days starting from the date of arrival of the goods at the agreed delivery point. The timetable for collecting is indicated on the courier website and Saturday morning is often included.

| Is there extra charge for the Hold at depot? |
|
The hold at depot service by express courier, has no extra charge besides the normal shipping costs, as long as the pick up is made within the foreseen term of 3 days. If you exceed this term, the courier can apply additional costs to you for the opening of the storage practice and a rate for each day of delay. We recommend, therefore, not to neglect the timely pick up within the time scheduled. |
