How to purchase Gift Cards?

Gift Cards can be purchased as any other product sold in our online store. To pay for them, you can use the usual payment systems offered by the site except for the “cash on delivery”, because nothing will be delivered to your domicile. After purchasing, the Gift Cards value will be credited to your Account in a pertinent account named ”GIFT CARDS”. If you have Gift Cards funds on your Account, you will notice that the amount is indicated in the shopping cart box, where there is also a page with a link from which, if you wish, you can send the Gift Card to whomever you will, by e-mail. A convenient and safe way to give, for example, a birthday’s gift to a distant person.

How to send Gift Cards?

After purchasing, to send a Gift Card it suffices to log into your account in the area of GIFT CARDS and use the relevant function “Send Gift Card”. You will also find a similar link in the Shopping Cart Box placed at the top right column of each page. When sending a Gift Card, you must specify the following data:
- the name of the recipient you want to send the Gift Card to.
- the e-mail address of the recipient who will receive the Gift Card.
- the value of the amount you want to send by Gift Card.
- a short message which will be included in the e-mail.
(NB. It’s not necessary to send the whole amount which is in your Gift Cards Account. In fact you can purchase a Gift Card and divide the amount to send Gift Cards to more people).

How to spend the Gift Cards purchased if I decide not to send them?

If you have not used your credit for sending Gift Cards or have only partially used it, you can use yourself such funds to buy what you wish in our online shop. When sending your orders, a special box will be displayed and you’ll be asked whether you want to use your credit for the purchase in progress. In case the amount of your order is higher than your credit, you’ll have to choose a further payment method for the difference. If your order has, instead, an amount lower than your credit, the remainder will be left on your “Gift Cards account” for future purchases.

How does the recipient of the gift, redeem Gift Cards?

  The recipient to whom you have sent a Gift Card, receives immediately an e-mail which informs him of your gift. The e-mail will contain information about who has sent the Gift Card together with any message you entered when sending. In the e-mail there will be a link to redeem the Gift Card and the necessary instructions.
